What can I expect in a session?
Each session is unique. We start with where you are — a question, a situation, a feeling, curiosity, or simply the desire to become more aware. I work intuitively and conversationally, tuning into both what’s said and what’s beneath it. Sessions are spacious, direct, and attuned to your energy.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed. Just show up as you are. If something specific is on your mind, you’re welcome to name it — but you don’t need to have it all figured out. That’s what the session is for.
How do sessions take place?
Sessions are held in person, online via Zoom, or by phone. You’ll receive details when you book. A recording will be made and emailed to you after the session.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically 60 to 75 minutes. Some sessions naturally go a little longer if something meaningful is unfolding — there’s space when needed.
How do I book a session?
You can use the booking feature on this site or reach out directly via email. You’ll receive all the information you need.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. I offer both individual sessions and packages. Packages can also be booked through the booking feature.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Thank you for honoring this space and our time together.
What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s completely okay. Some people come in with a specific question. Others arrive with a quiet sense that something wants to shift — even if they can’t name it yet. You’re welcome to reach out, and we can feel into whether this work is the right fit.
