I use GoTo Connect for all telephone communication and SMS services.
You can receive a telephone call or a SMS message for appointment reminders, appointment follow-ups,
additional appointment details and general two-way conversations.
Some of my services are conducted via telephone.
I use the Client Portal supported by vCita on my website for email services.

Personal Information Collected:

At the time of scheduling an appointment I ask for your full name and date of birth, your email address and phone number.
I collect this information through my appointment booking system facilitated by vCita on my website.
The purpose for collecting this information is to facilitate communication via SMS services email or telephone.
And for being able to provide my services.

Safety:

I do not use your personal information for the purposes of targeted advertising, nor for profiling.
I do not share nor disclose your personal information to any third parties.
I do not sell your personal information.
I retain your identifying information until I no longer need the information to provide services or until you request the deletion of your information.
I limit the amount of personal information that I collect to strictly necessary only.
I maintain up-to-date software and safeguards through vCita and GoTo Connect.

Your Rights:

The right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information.
The right to request that I delete all or some of the personal information that I have collected on you.
The right to limit the use of your personal information.
The right to delete your account with me if you created one.
